About the Artist
Belinda studied design at Utah State University, and law at the University of San Diego, before graduating from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She has won awards in national juried shows, and most recently was honored with the People’s Choice Award at the Art Source annual national juried show. She was commissioned to create an original assemblage: “Are We There Yet,” to celebrate Boise’s 150th anniversary -- which hangs in the main concourse at the City of Boise Airport; and an original collage for the Nampa Library book drop. Her butterfly and assemblage boxes are included in more than 80 private collections throughout the US. Public art projects include traffic boxes in Boise, Nampa and Ketchum, Idaho.
